Are your products made to order?
Yes! Approximately 90% of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Many products also offer customization and personalization options.
Can I customize or personalize my order?
Yes! Most of our products are available with customization or personalization options. Please review the product page for available options before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Estimated total time from order to delivery is 7–14 business days. Here's the general timeline:
- Day 1: Order received and sent to customization
- Day 3: Submitted to production partner
- Days 3–7: Production (2–4 business days)
- Days 7–14: Delivery (3–7 business days transit)
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to United States addresses only unless otherwise noted.

- Glassware & Mugs: DHL / UPS
- Hats: DHL Standard, DHL Express, or UPS
How much does shipping cost?
- Shirts: $8.99 flat rate
- Hoodies / Long Sleeve: $10.00 flat rate
- Coffee Mugs: $8.99 flat rate
- Beer Stein: $10.00 flat rate
- Hats (Standard): $9.99 | Hats (Express): $15.00

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on regular-priced, unused items in original condition within 30 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required — email us first to initiate the process.
My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Email us at Military.Insignia.Products@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost — typically within 1–2 business days. You keep the original item.
Can I return a customized or personalized item?
Unfortunately, customized and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or misprinted.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Because all products are made to order, we are unable to accept size or color exchanges. Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Are your military products officially licensed?
Yes! Military Insignia Products is a licensed vendor producing U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Space Force trademark merchandise under license from the respective branches of the United States Armed Forces.
Are the trademarks and insignia authentic?
All U.S. military trademarks, insignia, and crests used on our products are used under official license and are the exclusive property of the United States Armed Forces.
