How Our Orders Work All products at Military Insignia Products - TSG are made to order. Here's what to expect after you place your order:
- Day 1 — Order received, processed, and sent to customization (if applicable)
- Day 3 — Order submitted to our production/manufacturing partner
- Days 3–7 — Production and manufacturing (2–4 business days)
- Days 7–14 — Shipment delivered to you (3–7 business days transit time)
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 7–14 business days.
Customized or personalized orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

All shipments are to United States addresses only unless otherwise noted.

For items not listed above, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
