1. About Us Military Insignia Products - TSG is operated by American Enterprises, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Kansas, with business and operations located at 6921 Independence Pkwy #140, Plano, TX 75023. We are a licensed vendor producing *U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Space Force trademark merchandise under license from the respective branches of the United States Armed Forces.*

2. Acceptance of Terms By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

3. Products All products sold on Military Insignia Products - TSG  are new items. Approximately 90% of our products are made to order and may include customization or personalization options. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, production and delivery timelines apply as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to monitor settings and production processes.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of your order will apply. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

5. Order Fulfillment Orders are processed and submitted to our production partners within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of order. Customized or personalized orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Our return, exchange, and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Key points:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for regular-priced, unused items
  • Damaged or misprinted items will be replaced at no cost — customer keeps the original
  • Customized/personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or misprinted
  • Size and color exchanges are not accepted — please review sizing charts before ordering
  • Sale items are final sale

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including product designs, graphics, logos, text, and images — is the property of American Enterprises, LLC or is used under license from the Department of the Army. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this site is strictly prohibited.

U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, US Air Force, U.S. Space Force trademarks and insignia are used under license and remain the property of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force and Space Force.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Privacy Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will never sell your data to third parties.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
