Refund & Return Policy
General Returns We accept returns on regular-priced items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email Military.Insignia.Products@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Damaged or Misprinted Items We stand behind every product we sell. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll make it right — at no cost to you. Simply email Military.Insignia.Products@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, you keep the original item and we'll send a replacement directly from our production partner — typically within 1–2 business days at no charge to you.
Customized & Personalized Items Approximately 90% of our products are available with customization or personalization options. Because these items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or misprinted. If your customized item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will exchange it for a like-for-like replacement at no cost to you. Email Military.Insignia.Products@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue to begin the exchange process.
Size & Color Exchanges As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue replacements for size or color selection errors made at the time of ordering. We strongly encourage customers to review our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order. Sale Items Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for return.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check with your bank or credit card company, then contact us if the issue persists.
